1. Business Description

Random Call (randomcall-app.com) is operated by Ganesham Digital Service.

The platform provides:

User registration and profile setup (18+ only)
Random live video / text matching and social discovery
Optional in-app coins as entertainment credits (mainly for search filters such as area-based matching preferences)
VIP / premium subscriptions for enhanced entertainment benefits

Registration to create an account and use core matching / text chat features is free. Optional paid digital products unlock premium experiences.

2. Online Registration

Users register via email OTP or supported social login on the website / app. Account activation requires acceptance of our Terms, Privacy Policy, and age confirmation (18+).

3. Pricing Structure (Digital Products)

Prices are shown in INR (or local currency where store billing applies) at checkout. Exact package prices may change; live amounts always appear in-app before you pay.

Our payment gateway is used only for VIP purchase and coin purchase. Taxes (if applicable), gateway fees, and app-store pricing rules may apply. Final payable amount is displayed before confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

Depending on platform, payments may be processed via secure payment partners such as PhonePe, CCAvenue, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or other enabled methods. The payment gateway is used only for purchasing VIP plans and coin packages. There is no other gateway use. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Delivery

All products are digital and delivered to your account after successful payment. See Delivery & Shipping Policy.

6. Virtual coins (entertainment only)

Coins are licensed digital entertainment credits that stay inside the Random Call app. Users buy coins for entertainment — mainly to use search filters (such as preferences while searching in their area) and related premium entertainment features.

Coins are not cryptocurrency, not a stored-value wallet for transfers, not a money-exchange product, and do not exit the virtual environment as cash, bank credit, or transferable value to other platforms.

Payment gateway activity (including PhonePe where enabled) is limited to VIP purchase and coin purchase only. Random Call does not offer direct money transfer (DMT) or payout services to end users through the payment gateway.
